You will influence strategic plans including the Urban Water Strategy and Price Submission, and build trusted relationships with the Board, government, regulators, and stakeholders. This is an opportunity to plan and deliver major infrastructure projects and leave a lasting impact on the services and communities of South Gippsland Water. You will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, responsible for strategic direction and performance of the organisation. Responsibilities
Lead asset system planning, capital projects, and infrastructure delivery across the organisation. Own capital delivery, asset management, planning, and development support functions. Influence strategic plans and ensure operational excellence and long-term sustainability. Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will bring proven senior leadership experience in infrastructure and capital delivery in asset-intensive environments. You will demonstrate experience managing large-scale projects and asset renewal programs, with solid capability in financial, risk, project, asset, and people management. You will be strategic and commercially astute, balance long-term sustainability with operational performance, and inspire high-performing teams.
