Ensure the overall operation of your allocated section runs smoothly and effectively.The Ideal Candidate Must HaveExperience as a Chef in a premium a-la-carte venuePasta and Grill section experience is advantageousMediterranean cuisine experience highly regardedStrong culinary skills with an eye for detail and a passion for qualityAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressureTeam oriented and strong communication skillsA proactive attitude with a commitment to maintaining high standardsEye for detail and strong time managementKnowledge food safety standardsGenuine interest in the day-to-day operationsQualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalentAvailability to work a rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shiftsWorking with Lucas RestaurantsPeople are at the core of our success.
