This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Assistant Stocktaker to join our logistics services team in Myambat. As a vital member of our team, you will contribute to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our inventory management system.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Operating the inventory management system to ensure accurate stock levels and identification of discrepancies
* Reporting any stock discrepancies to the Stocktake Coordinator and assisting with their resolution
* Conducting research and investigations into stock discrepancies and contributing to the improvement of stocktaking processes
* Maintaining good working relationships with colleagues across the logistic services business
To excel in this role, you should have a solid understanding of stocktaking principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A background in Defence or Logistics would be beneficial but not essential.
