Join Darling Downs Health in Toowoomba as an Enrolled Nurse Advanced Skill in the Central Sterilisation Department. In this role, you'll deliver safe, evidence-based care under the guidance of Registered Nurses, ensuring high-quality instrument reprocessing in line with national standards. What Your Day Will Look Like
You'll be hands-on in the Central Sterilisation Department, applying your advanced skills to ensure instruments are processed safely and efficiently. Collaboration will involve working alongside Registered Nurses and the wider healthcare team to maintain high standards of care. You'll guide and support enrolled nurses, students, and assistants, fostering a positive team culture. Your day will also involve contributing to quality improvement activities, engaging in professional development, and taking pride in being part of a service that directly supports safe patient care across Darling Downs Health.
