A Glimpse into Your Day
Working within a close-knit team, you'll report directly to a highly supportive and energetic Customer Service Manager who is passionate about their team's success. Your role will be crucial in ensuring a seamless experience for a diverse range of clients. You will:
* Be the dedicated point of contact for key project customers
* Drive the sales process by accurately managing orders, returns, and credits using SAP.
* Track forward orders and backorders, keeping customers informed
* Skillfully manage and resolve customer enquiries, requests, and pricing queries.
* Add value by advising customers on new promotions and managing stock availability.

What You'll Bring to the Table

* Proven experience in a similar Customer Service, or Order Processing role.
* Strong proficiency with SAP
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
