**A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced medical receptionist to work in a specialist practice located in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs**

Our client is a specialist practice. They pride themselves on providing exceptional patient care and remain at the cutting edge of technology.

They are currently looking for a dedicated and professional medical receptionist to help manage the administration activities in their clinic.

To be successful for this position, you should be a confident medical receptionist with existing medical medical receptionist experience. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential. You should have strong computer skills and a pleasant demeanor.

Permanent, full-time. The clinic operates Monday to Friday with staggered start times (between 07.30am-9.15am). Shifts are 8 hours (including lunch) so finish time varies depending on your start time.

An attractive remuneration package is on offer, depending on experience and knowledge.

**The Role**:

- Help ensure the smooth day to day operations of the clinic alongside a small team of medical secretaries/receptionists
- Assist with reception duties and general administration
- Meet and greet patients on arrival to the clinic
- Answer telephone enquiries from patients and other clinicians
- Management of patient accounts including appointments and billings
- Experience working as a medical receptionist within in a GP, allied health or specialist environment
- Excellent people skills to relate well to patients, staff and health care professionals
- Driven and highly motivated individual that thrives on a challenging role
- Previous experience with Genie Medical Software highly regarded however happy to train
- Excellent communication, time management and customer service skills
