Our dynamic and energetic Project Managers facilitate the delivery of technology solutions for a wide-ranging portfolio of exciting local and global projects. Operating within a Product Team you will deliver software development projects through an agile methodology to an agreed scope, cost, time and quality standard.
As an IT Project Manager you will partner with business stakeholders across our multiple departments to understand business needs and ensure the delivery of project initiatives meet expected standards.
Responsibilities
Deliver software development projects through an agile methodology, ensuring they meet agreed scope, cost, time, and quality standards.
Partner with business stakeholders across multiple departments to understand business needs and deliver project initiatives accordingly.
Manage onshore and offshore vendors, including partnership with Accenture in India.
Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management with diverse stakeholders.
Maintain project management principles, methodologies, and best practices in agile delivery.
Be available primarily during standard business hours, with occasional evening calls to the UK, and utilize flexible work-from-home and office arrangements.
Qualifications
* At least 5 years' experience in IT project management, delivering software development projects (essential)
* Extensive experience using project management tools such as Jira (essential)
* Demonstrated experience managing onshore and offshore vendors
* Formal project management qualifications desirable (Prince2 and Agile)
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strategic working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
* Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies & best practice and experience in agile delivery methods
