About The Role
Bringing bread to life, you’ll enjoy the support to prove your passion and learn your craft. You will complete an Apprenticeship - Certificate III in Retail Baking (Bread) and be trained on how to produce and bake a variety of breads using baking equipment and machinery over a 3 year period.
What You'll Do
- Greet, acknowledge, show care and thank our customers for shopping at Woolies
- Stick to our policies and procedures to ensure we keep ourselves, each other and our customers safe including looking out for and reporting any hazards
- Work with a diverse range of people in an industry facing rapid change, you’ll gain real-world experience and grow as a person
- Learn the skills and gain experience to become a qualified Retail Baker
- Complete the 3 years with on and off-the-job training
- Attend all TAFE classes and complete all assessments
- Practice on the job
