Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute revenue management strategies to achieve financial goals.
* Manage the Hotel's revenue system, analysing market trends, competitor performance, and customer behaviour.
* Analyse data to assess the effectiveness of revenue management strategies and make data-driven adjustments.
* Implement pricing policies, distribution strategies, and promotional activities.
* Lead weekly revenue maximisation meetings with property commercial teams.
* Ensure best practices are followed to maximise synergies and drive profitability.
* Utilise revenue management systems and tools to generate actionable insights.
Qualifications and Skills
* 4-5 years of experience in revenue management, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
* Strong technical skills, with a solid understanding of systems and hotel operations.
* Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
* Methodical approach to tasks, flexibility, and calmness under pressure.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on creating memorable experiences for colleagues and guests.
