Maintenance Training Role
This vital role involves developing and delivering high-quality training programs for mobile maintenance employees, ensuring compliance with operational and safety standards.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and assessing training programs for mobile maintenance employees
* Conducting competency assessments for trades, apprentices, and contractors
* Maintaining current training matrices, records, and systems in line with company procedures and legislative obligations
* Collaborating with Supervisors, Leading Hands, and the Maintenance Superintendents to identify training needs and develop upskilling pathways
The successful candidate will have:
* A Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (essential)
* Relevant Maintenance Trade Qualification (highly desirable)
* Minimum 5 years' experience in mobile maintenance, heavy diesel, or mechanical fitting within a mining environment
* Strong understanding of maintenance systems, isolation procedures, and mobile equipment operations
