CELOTTI WORKFORCE has multiple civil construction clients currently seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Civil Operators in Brisbane's Northside, QLD. Role & Responsibilities: As a Multi-Skilled Civil Operator you will play a key role in supporting civil construction projects. Your tasks will include but are not limited to: Assisting with earthworks and excavation Safe Operation of Plant Machinery - Have your choice Trenching, backfilling, and compacting materials Site preparation and clean-up Pipe laying, concreting and other civil infrastructure tasks Setting up temporary fencing and signage Following safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment Benefits Pay: $37-45/hour Penalties Allowances Competitive salary based on experience. Opportunities for career advancement and professional development. 10 - 12hr days - plenty of overtime available On-going work with project running up to 2 years Site offering travel allowances and overtime allowances Weekly pay Immediate starts Multiple sites, have your choice of work close to home Our Ideal Candidate: Current Drivers Licence - MR or HR desirable Blue/White Construction card Civil Labouring tickets desirable eg. Confined Space, Working at Heights, Electrical Spotters, EWP, Gas Test, Quick Cut etc. RII/OHS Machinery tickets eg. Roller, Front-End Loader, Compactor, Articulated Haul Truck, Excavator, Grader, Watercart, Bobcat Proven experience as a civil labourer Proven experience as a Civil Plant Operator Familiarity with construction tools and heavy machinery. Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations. Ability to read and interpret project plans and drawings is advantageous. Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Physical stamina and the ability to perform demanding tasks.
