Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook a variety of Japanese and Asian fusion dishes
* Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
* Support daily prep and efficient kitchen operations
* Assist in developing new dishes and specials
* Work collaboratively with the team during busy service times
* Follow food safety and cleanliness standards
About You:
* Experience in a commercial kitchen (Asian/Japanese cuisine is a bonus)
* Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
* Passion for food, creativity, and learning new techniques
* Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
* Reliable, punctual, and a team player
