**About the role at Bloomberg**
We're looking for a passionate, motivated, service-orientated individual to come join our team. You'll be trained to quickly and accurately identify problems, and then perform detailed & meaningful diagnostic & troubleshooting to identify the root cause. If needed, you'll escalate the issue internally, all whilst ensuring our clients receive an exceptional, seamless support experience.
**Seniority**
**Entry Level** - A role for someone with underlying potential, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically no direct experience is required.
**Responsibilities**
- Data Analysis and Reporting - Analyze data to discover and communicate insights, and offer concrete recommendations for key stakeholders to make critical decisions
- SQL and Databases - Use SQL to query databases to extract and process data
- Data Cleaning and Preparation - Extract and clean data ready to use in analysis or to users

- Learning agility - Identifies and applies strategies to enhance reception, retention and use of newly acquired information, skills, and abilities
