We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Sample Receipt Officer.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for incoming samples, ensuring they are logged, processed and managed efficiently.
About The Role
1. You will play a vital role in sample integrity and customer service while collaborating with both clients and laboratory staff.
2. You will unpack, check and accurately log samples into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), ensuring all information is recorded correctly.
3. You will respond to general customer enquiries via phone and email, including booking couriers, organising bottle orders and providing advice on sample containers and preservatives.
4. You will prepare and manage sample containers project supply orders to ensure laboratory efficiency.
