* Greet and farewell members and guests with a smile.
* Ensure club access for members and non-members is secure and efficient.
* Answer questions, handle complaints, and provide excellent customer service.
* Explain the Judgement Free Zone concept to all visitors.
* Handle phone inquiries, take messages, and provide support as needed.
* Provide club tours and answer questions about our facilities and services.
* Sell memberships and enter data into our database system.
* Operate the POS system, manage overdue accounts, and maintain accurate records.
* Schedule and organize member sessions, ensuring smooth operations.
* Maintain the front desk and club cleanliness, adhering to high standards.
* Perform daily opening and closing procedures, ensuring everything is ready for the next day.
* Support new team members, providing guidance and training as needed.
* Complete maintenance and housekeeping tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

* Prior customer service experience is highly desirable.
* Current First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain within three weeks.
* Working with Children (WWC) certificate/number for NSW & VIC, Blue Card for QLD, or proof of application.
* Completed a recent National Police Check (within 12 months).
