* Deliver an outstanding in-store experience by providing first-class customer service, welcoming clients, and creating memorable connections
* Lead and inspire a small, high-performing team, guiding them to achieve sales targets and foster a collaborative, positive work environment
* Take ownership of training and developing the team across all areas, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards
* Oversee daily operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and administrative tasks, ensuring the boutique operates seamlessly
* Act as a brand ambassador, representing our client's luxury products with professionalism and enthusiasm on the sales floor
What You Bring:
* Proven experience in a luxury or high-end retail environment, with a strong focus on sales and customer satisfaction
* A passion for working with premium products, ideally with experience in jewellery or similar sectors
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect and engage with exclusive clientele
* A positive, 'can-do' attitude and leadership qualities that inspire others to achieve their best
* Well-developed organisational skills, with the capacity to manage stock requirements and operational tasks effectively
