About the Role: 
As the Regional Sales & Commercial Manager, you will be pivotal in driving sales growth, fostering long-term client relationships, and ensuring the effective execution of our regional sales strategy. You will lead and develop our regional sales team, oversee customer relationship management activities, and collaborate with operational teams to maximize contract value and business opportunities.

Reporting to: Region Director – Well Services FEA 
Functionally Reports to: VP Sales & Commercial – Well Services 
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and promote a strong safety culture aligned with QHSE standards.
- Uphold and promote the company’s vision, values, and commitment to excellence.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve short and long-term objectives.
- Manage, motivate, and train the regional sales team for consistent performance.
- Oversee CRM activities, ensuring accurate record-keeping and KPI management.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders within the region.
- Drive opportunity management, including tenders, contracts, and recent business development.
- Manage the proposal, tender, and opportunity conversion processes for profitable growth.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure successful execution of awarded contracts.
- Develop and execute account and sales plans tailored to regional market needs.
- Lead sales forecasting, pipeline development, and bid strategies.
- Support pricing strategies and maintain a comprehensive regional price book.
- Provide insights and reports to leadership on sales pipeline and performance.
- Recruit, train, and develop the regional sales organization to ensure high competencies and strong client relationships.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, or Marketing.
- Alternatively, relevant experience and specialised training may substitute formal qualifications.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or P&L; management within the oilfield services sector.
- Proven track record of successful operations with excellent QHSE performance.
- Experience leading teams and managing key client accounts.
