**The Role**:
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Mentor, coach, and lead a small team
- Ensure the smooth running of the office and its operations
- Training and onboarding staff as required
- Ensure staff are adhering to company policies & procedures
- Market analysis & financial reporting
- Implement new processes as required
- HR and recruitment duties
- Assisting with QCAT trials where required

- Previous Real Estate experience as a Senior Property Manager, Building Manager, Head of Department, or Team Leader
- Ability to manage and lead a team
- Demonstrated ability to update, develop, implement, and evaluate policies, procedures, and programs
- Current QLD Certificate of Registration
