Lead the end-to-end hiring process for niche and highly technical roles, balancing technical capability with cultural alignment. Demonstrate strong technical understanding to engage in credible, in-depth conversations with technologists and assess candidates effectively. Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to engage hard-to-reach talent across competitive markets. Build and maintain long-term pipelines of specialist talent, aligned to evolving business priorities. Champion a best-in-class stakeholder and candidate experience, setting the standard for recruitment excellence. Contribute to broader talent strategy initiatives, employer branding, and continuous improvement projects. Who you are Significant experience as a senior in-house talent partner, with a track record of hiring for highly technical, niche roles (e.g., engineering, data, security, infrastructure). Confident and credible in engaging with executives, with the ability to influence and challenge at C-suite level. Strong technical understanding and curiosity, enabling robust and informed conversations with technologists. Demonstrated success in building strategic sourcing strategies and talent pipelines in competitive markets. Commercially minded, with the ability to align hiring strategy to broader business objectives. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills.
