About the Role
We are looking for the right people to join our team of experienced gold and precious metal buyers. Our stores are located in major shopping centres across Australia, providing customers with a protected, secure and central location where unwanted jewellery can be tested and exchanged for cash on the spot.
Opportunities for an immediate start exist at our Runaway Bay Store.
What We Offer
When you join our team, you will receive a generous salary, commission, super and eligibility for extra incentives. The position is initially casual, with a strong prospect to progress into management for our QLD business.
Responsibilities
* Test jewellery and determine accurate market price.
* Provide cash payments to customers on the spot.
* Maintain a secure and protected customer area.
* Assist customers with the exchange of unwanted jewellery.
* Promote sales and marketing initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
* Well‐presented and driven individuals with excellent communication skills.
* Positive outlook; sales or customer service experience preferred.
* Marketing or promotional work experience highly regarded but not essential.
* Age 18 or older.
* Available to work a flexible 7‐day roster, with flexible hours from 15 to 37.5 hours per week.
* Full on‐the‐job training provided.
