Lead a Festivals Program
This is an exciting opportunity to lead our dynamic festivals team and create excellent outcomes for the community.
The role will involve leading the creation and delivery of our festivals program, including developing and maintaining effective partnerships and relationships with key stakeholders.
* Developing and delivering a diverse and innovative festival program
* Managing contractors, including production management and financial management
* Overseeing marketing for the whole program
Our ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse stakeholders and ability to develop partnerships and attract funding to festivals and events.
In addition to strategic oversight of the program and leadership of the team, the role includes managing contracts, financial management and overseeing marketing for the whole program.
Applicants should possess highly developed skills in financial management and contract management, particularly with relation to production logistics, programming and infrastructure.
Furthermore, applicants must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong people management experience.
