* Office Management: Maintain office equipment, asset records, and supplies, ensuring seamless operations and effective management of resources.
* Enquiries and Correspondence: Respond to inquiries from staff and volunteers regarding uniforms, equipment, and stationery, ensuring accurate records and timely dispatch.
* Training and HR Administration: Coordinate training records, human resource activities, and finance administration, ensuring compliance with departmental policies and procedures.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including members of the public and volunteers, to support key processes and services.
Requirements:
* Knowledge and Skills: Demonstrate knowledge of human resource systems, finance systems, database management, and reporting.
* Volunteer Experience: Show experience working with volunteers or within a volunteer organization.
Working Conditions:
This role may require working outside of normal hours, including night shifts, weekends, and extended working hours, as well as deployment to other parts of the state or interstate during emergency operations.
