Responsibilities
* Deliver systems engineering and technical advisory services across Defence capability
* Lead requirements analysis, integration, validation, and transition to sustainment
* Engage with Defence stakeholders and contribute to Integrated Project Teams
Required background and expertise
* Proven experience in Defence communications systems engineering
* Familiarity with CASG, acquisition and sustainment pathways / Capability One
* Strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
* Engineering or ICT qualifications; certifications like CPEng or RPEQ are a plus
