Key Responsibilities
* Lead the team to achieve sales targets through effective coaching and development programs.
* Develop strategic plans to improve branch performance in line with regional objectives.
* Maintain accurate records of branch activities and provide regular reports to senior management.
Additional duties include ensuring workplace safety, managing inventory levels, coordinating staff training and recruitment activities, maintaining accurate reporting systems for HR purposes.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities,
a valid Australian driver's license
, intermediate level computer literacy
, or experience working in the industrial/bearing industry product sector where relevant would be advantageous though not necessarily required.
