Are you passionate about people and thrive in an organized, dynamic environment? We're looking for an HR Administration Officer to join our friendly and professional team on a full-time basis, supporting the Human Resources Manager in delivering best-practice HR services.

About the Role
As our HR Administration Officer, you'll play a key role in:
* Posting job advertisements on various recruitment platforms.
* Maintaining accurate employee records and updating HR databases.
* Preparing HR documentation, such as contracts, letters, and reports.
* Responding to employee inquiries and providing general HR support.
* Assisting the HR Manager with day-to-day Administration tasks.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Organized and detail-oriented – You can manage multiple priorities with ease.
* A strong communicator – You excel in written and verbal communication.
* Tech-savvy – Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and eager to learn HR software.
* A team player – You collaborate effectively and contribute positively to workplace culture.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
· Proven Administration experience.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a range of digital tools.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
· High level of confidentiality when handling sensitive HR matters.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
· Certificate in Human Resources or Business Administration.
· Knowledge and understanding of HR legislation and practices desirable but not essential.
Skills and Abilities:
· Professional, proactive, and flexible approach to tasks.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team.
· Demonstrated ability to work to deadlines with competing priorities.
Experience in an HR role is a plus, but not essential – a proactive attitude and willingness to learn matter most
