Job Description
As a catering team member at St Joseph's, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food and providing exceptional dining services to our residents, ensuring a high quality of life.
The role involves providing resident meal service, including assisting with meal preparation, providing a quality dining experience, and assisting residents as required.
You will work in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues, and residents, closely following all policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* A passion for delivering high-quality care to the elderly
* Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
* Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) – desirable but not essential
* Good understanding of food safety practices, kitchen cleanliness, and hygiene
* Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills with experience interacting with a wide range of people
* Able to establish and maintain professional and appropriate relationships with residents and their families
* NDIS and Police check clearance or willing to obtain
