The team focuses on supporting, guiding, and facilitating teams in areas such as service compliance, team-based support, and community/family engagement.About The RoleThe Service Support Advisor responds to incidents, provides support by actively responding to requests, and ensures matters are closed out safely and promptly, maintaining business compliance. The team provides 24/7 support remotely on a rotating roster. This vacancy is to backfill other Advisors during leave.Core Functions of the RoleCustomer Outcomes: designing and delivering a positive experience, empowering customersCustomer Safety: ensuring appropriate plans are in place to support and keep customers safeService Compliance: monitoring and reviewing to ensure compliance with the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework and other standardsService Quality: exceeding expectations and coordinating between service delivery, clinical practices, and support timingCommunity and Family Engagement: collaborating with families and communities on important matters, ensuring safetyRegulatory Liaison: working with various bodies to provide timely, accurate information and meet legislative requirementsAbout YouYou will have:Qualifications in risk management, WHS, or related fields, with experience in complex residential environmentsUnderstanding of incident/risk management, with ability to coordinate responses complying with legislation and standardsProficiency in Lumary, Carelink, Riskman, or similar systemsExperience in business continuity, crisis management, and incident responseReflective practice and application skillsStrong communication skills and ability to build relationshipsAbility to perform under pressureCurrent driver’s license and willingness to travel interstate as neededWe seek resilient, empathetic individuals who can stay calm under pressure and think quickly.PerksJoining Lifestyle Solutions means making a difference.
