We are seeking an experience Project Manager to join our team based in our Head Office in Riverwood. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of our exciting commercial and residential property developments.THE ROLEManage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning and design to construction and completionCollaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standardsIdentify and mitigate potential risks, developing strategies to address challenges that may ariseMonitor project progress, providing regular updates and reports to keep key stakeholders informedOversee the procurement of materials, equipment and subcontractors, negotiating favourable termsEnsure strict adherence to all relevant building codes, regulations and safety protocolsContribute to the continuous improvement of our project management processes and proceduresABOUT YOUAt least 5years experience as a Project Manager in the construction or property development industryDemonstrated expertise in managing complex commercial and/or residential projects from inception to completionExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse teamsStrong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a solutions-oriented mindsetTertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction Management or a related fieldThorough understanding of relevant building codes, regulations and safety standardsABOUT USAt Level 33, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters professional growth and personal well-being.
