Regional Sales Leader Opportunity

The Role
* Develop and execute sales strategies across WA, manage client relationships, uncover new business opportunities, and mentor the Sales Manager and team.
* Lead the WA sales team to achieve regional revenue, growth, and profitability targets.
* Manage and mentor the Perth-based Sales Manager, supporting their leadership and development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B customers across hospitality, catering, education, healthcare, mining, and corporate segments.
2. Identify new business opportunities and drive expansion into untapped market segments.
3. Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure cohesive customer engagement and service delivery.
4. Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline metrics, and customer insights.
5. Lead regional tender submissions and contract negotiations where required.
6. Provide accurate forecasting and contribute to national strategic planning.
7. Maintain an expert-level understanding of our product range and industry trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are seeking a candidate with:
* 5+ years of senior B2B sales leadership experience.
* Proven track record in managing high-performing sales teams.
* Experience in Hospitality, Catering, FMCG, or related industries.
* Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
* Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Customer-focused with the ability to engage diverse industry clients.
* Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Sales, or Management.
* Experience in regional sales management or multi-site operations.
* Familiarity with CRM platforms and data-driven sales approaches.
