About the Role
Our Team Members are the face of Woolies and bring to life everyday what we are famous for - our friendly service. Working throughout the store, our Team Members get tasks from stocking shelves, setting fresh Fruit & Veg on display, picking orders for our online customers, and being the last friendly face our customers see as they leave.
What You'll Do
* Greet, acknowledge, show care and thank customers for shopping at Woolies.
* Adhere to policies and procedures to keep ourselves, each other and customers safe, including looking out for and reporting hazards.
* Help customers by answering questions or directing them to products throughout their shopping journey.
* Ensure shelves are fully stocked and tidy for a fast and easy shopping experience.
* Shop for online customers, ensuring they receive what they need.
