About the Role
We're seeking a confident and experienced Property Manager / Senior Property Manager to manage a well-maintained portfolio of 180-220 properties, providing full administrative, leasing, and field support. You'll enjoy autonomy, structure, and strong systems — without the usual stress.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a clean, organised portfolio of 220 residential properties
* No leasing, no periodic inspections, and no accounts
* Use of Property Tree and Inspection Express systems
* Conduct ingoing & outgoing inspections using a 360° camera
* Supported by a dedicated Property Management administrator
* Receive daily mentoring from a respected Head of Property Management
* Enjoy precision onboarding to ensure success from day one
