Assistant Store Manager

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for working in retail and people management, with at least two years' experience in high-volume stores. They will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager to achieve business objectives, deliver store standards, and maximize overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supporting the Store Manager to meet sales targets, deliver customer service excellence, and manage store operations.
* Developing and coaching the store team to deliver results-driven performance and achieve business goals.

Requirements:

* A leader with strong retail management/supervision skills, minimum 1 year experience in leadership roles.
* Proven ability to motivate and lead a team with a focus on employee engagement and growth opportunities.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with colleagues and customers.
