Are you passionate about the great outdoors and excited about helping customers bring their adventure dreams to life? We're seeking a dedicated and customer-focused 4x4 Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team.
About the Role
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless experience for customers in the store and workshop.
* Assist customers in selecting the right 4WD products, handle inquiries, process payments, and resolve issues professionally.
* Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and manage warranty/fitment concerns.
* Schedule vehicle installations, maintain the booking system, and ensure parts are ready for each job.
* Collaborate with technicians to ensure high-quality, timely job completion.
* Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and showcases products effectively.
* Perform regular stocktakes and update product displays to maintain a fresh and engaging atmosphere.
* Build strong relationships with local car dealers and fleet companies to expand the retail network.
* Participate in open days and promotional events.
* Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Service:

3. Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and administrative tasks.
What We're Looking For:
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
* A proactive team player with a “can-do” attitude.
* Knowledge of 4WD products and fitment is highly desirable but not essential.
* Experience with Point of Sales and Inventory management systems required; familiarity with Mechanic Desk is an advantage but not essential.
* Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service is required.
* Australian work rights are required for this position.
