This is a great opportunity to join the Stockland Halcyon construction team and gain hands‑on experience in the residential building industry. Based at Halcyon Yandina, this role offers the chance to further develop your skills, build your career, and grow into a Leading Hand or Senior Leading Hand role over time.
We're looking for a Labourer to join our on‑site construction team, working on a high‑quality residential development.

Labourer who enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in their work, and brings a strong work ethic to site every day.
What You'll Do
* Support day‑to‑day construction activities on a residential build
* Assist trades and site teams to ensure work progresses safely and efficiently
* For Leading Hand: undertake tasks such as painting touch‑ups, plastering, and basic carpentry
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment
* Contribute positively to a collaborative, supportive site culture
About You
You enjoy practical, hands‑on work and being part of a team that delivers quality outcomes. You're dependable, safety‑focused, and looking for an opportunity that offers stability, development, and a clear pathway to grow your career in construction.
Experience & Skills That Count
* Labouring experience, ideally in residential construction
* Current White Card
* Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* Own tools, steel‑cap boots and high‑vis (can be supplied if required)
* Desirable but not essential: Bobcat, Forklift or other relevant tickets.
