Workday Integration Expert
This role plays a pivotal part in bridging the gap between business and technical teams by solving complex Workday intersystem problems. The successful candidate will guide clients through transformation, implementation, and operation phases of a Workday implementation, requiring strong technical aptitude and ability to configure projects according to business and design qualifications.
The ideal candidate will track issues and risks, communicate status, and escalate concerns applicable for all clients in their portfolio. They will also facilitate design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and client-specific business requirements. Furthermore, they will engage and support clients throughout project phases, ensuring a smooth transfer from legacy systems to Workday HCM solution.

The candidate should have 2+ years experience with web service technologies (REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, etc). Project experience is highly desired. Workday Integration, Workday StudioTM, and Workday CCTPPTM certification is preferred. Additionally, the candidate should possess confident facilitation and presentation skills, as well as advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or other engineering discipline is preferred but not required.
