The Role (aka your moment to shine):
You'll be running the coffee bar like it's your own fast, efficient, and consistently on point. Coffee is king here, but you'll also flex your skills with light bartending (hello cocktails, wine & beer) when needed.
What you'll be doing:
* Slamming out high-volume, top-quality coffee (with latte art that actually impresses)
* Running the bar solo with confidence
* Mixing classic cocktails + serving beer & wine (easy recipes, no stress)
* Delivering warm, polished, genuinely great service
* Supporting functions & events (bevs only à fun, fast, social)
* Managing stock – ordering, rotation, keeping things tight
What you bring:
* At least 12 months as a strong barista (you can own a machine solo)
* Cocktail basics à you know your way around the classics
* Speed, efficiency, and cool-under-pressure energy
* Availability for Wednesdays (late) and weekends
* NSW RSA + full Australian working rights
