The Position
We are seeking a driven and personable Roofing Project Manager to join our team on the Gold Coast. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented leader who thrives on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
As Project Manager, you will oversee a team of skilled technicians, coordinate with suppliers and clients, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Train and mentor staff in company procedures and safety standards.
Prepare accurate quotes and estimates for roofing projects.
Oversee and coordinate multiple projects from start to finish.
Delegate tasks and manage daily workflow across the team.
Track project progress, inventory, and invoicing.
Monitor team performance and provide feedback to boost efficiency.
Ensure compliance with all industry standards and regulations.
Stay up to date with new materials, tools, and innovations.

Proven experience in staff management, quoting, estimating, and business development.
A current Roofing Trade Licence.
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
