Are you an experienced retail development professional looking for a hands‑on role with variety?
We are partnering with a leading retail property group seeking a Development Manager (or a strong Project Manager/Assistant Development Manager) to join their busy team.
About the role:
This is a fast‑paced role where you will manage small‑to‑medium retail projects simultaneously. You will be involved in everything from concept to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee retail development projects including:
o New pad sites
o Fit‑outs for retailers
o Infrastructure works
o Manage DA submissions and approvals
* Coordinate consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards
About You:
* Retail property experience is essential
* Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask across several projects
* Comfortable handling smaller but busy projects that require attention to detail
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
