Join our team as a Recruitment Business Partner. Working closely with the Candidate Management Advisors, the broader P&C team, Senior Leadership Team, and Hiring Managers, you will maintain high-quality service to stakeholders and ensure the timely and compliant sourcing of vacancies. Your primary focus on meeting immediate and upcoming resource needs will contribute directly to the successful delivery of ASC's submarine programs and Australia's national security.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Capability Leads and Senior Leadership to track and report on resourcing performance.
* Support programs in identifying future resource needs aligned with business objectives.
* Ensure resourcing activities are fair, equitable, and compliant.
* Work with internal stakeholders to enhance collaboration across teams such as Learning & Development, People & Culture, and Talent Acquisition.
* Develop strategic approaches to attract key talent in a challenging market.
* Lead campaigns to attract local and international talent.
* Provide strategic recruitment advice to business units, ensuring policy compliance.
About You
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or similar (desirable).
* At least 6 years of experience in recruitment, either in an agency or internal environment.
* Experience in a Business Partnering or Lead role within recruitment or talent acquisition.
* Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
* Effective project and time management skills.
* Proactive, able to work under pressure, and manage conflicting priorities.
* Confident in questioning and problem-solving.
* Excellent communication skills.
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to NV1 level, which you must obtain and maintain.
