About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Marketing & Design Coordinator to support the delivery of marketing, content and brand activity across our physiotherapy and community pharmacy businesses on the Gold Coast.
This role is ideal for a marketer who enjoys hands-on execution, content coordination and maintaining strong brand consistency across multiple locations. You will work within established brand frameworks, supported by national Amcal catalogue and brand campaigns and a Google Ads agency, while playing a key role in local implementation, content creation and ongoing optimisation.
Working closely with Directors and internal teams, you will manage day-to-day marketing activity across digital channels, social media, websites, EDMs and in-clinic collateral. You will also support brand ambassadors, community partnerships and content capture during travel and events.
This is a varied, fast-paced role suited to someone who is organised, detail-oriented and comfortable taking ownership of delivery while contributing ideas to improve consistency, engagement and brand presence over time.

Key Responsibilities
* Create and coordinate marketing content across digital and print channels, including social media, EDMs, websites and in-clinic collateral
* Design marketing assets using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and CapCut, ensuring brand consistency across all locations
* Manage and schedule organic social media content across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
* Maintain content calendars aligned to local campaigns, service promotions and national Amcal catalogue and brand campaigns
* Update and manage website content, including Shopify-based websites, ensuring accuracy and strong calls to action
* Coordinate and deploy EDM campaigns, including content creation, scheduling and performance reporting
* Manage Google Business Profiles and online reviews across multiple locations
* Liaise fortnightly with our Google Ads agency, including briefing campaigns, contributing to Google Ad copy, supplying creative assets and reviewing performance insights
* Capture photo and video content using professional equipment for marketing, social media and brand storytelling
* Coordinate marketing activity across Brand Ambassadors, Supported Athletes, supported sporting teams and community partnerships
* Assist Directors with marketing and content delivery during annual professional development and sporting tours, including travel-based content capture
* Track and report on key marketing metrics such as engagement, website traffic and campaign performance

Skills, Experience & Attributes
* Proven experience in marketing, content creation or marketing coordination
* Strong proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and CapCut
* Experience managing social media platforms and content calendars
* Experience working with Shopify websites and EDM platforms
* Comfortable collaborating with external agencies and internal stakeholders
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Clear, professional written communication skills suitable for healthcare and community settings
* Proactive, reliable and comfortable working closely with Directors and senior leadership
