Macpeople is an established and highly successful recruitment boutique business specialising in Digital, Marketing, Creative and Communications recruitment. Our brand is highly visible and we work with a broad client portfolio across most industry verticals. Due to increased work, we are seeking a switched-on Recruitment Resourcer / Administrator with strong organisational and people skills to support our specialist recruitment team. Whilst you will have the opportunity to build skills across a range of HR and recruitment-related activities, your primary focus will be administration, coordination and operational support, alongside assisting with candidate sourcing and research. Key responsibilities include: Supporting consultants with candidate sourcing, research and database management Managing job ads, candidate communications and interview coordination Maintaining accurate records across CRM/ATS systems Assisting with onboarding, compliance and documentation Supporting payroll processing and general accounts administration General admin support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will demonstrate: A strong attention to detail and a 'customer first' approach Excellent communication skills and a confident style of engagement Previous experience in administration or a similar support role An interest in recruitment, HR, marketing, communications, creative or digital Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively. Nice to have (but not essential): Exposure to payroll or accounts administration Experience using Xero or similar accounting software. You'll be given on-the-job training and will work with a friendly team in a modern workplace with plenty of 'buzz'.
