Ayers Rock Resort seeks a Guest Service Agent – The Lost Camel Hotel to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT, 20 min drive from Uluru. You will be part of the Front Office Team, welcoming guests and executing front office duties efficiently and warmly, ensuring the best first and last impression of the Resort.
Key Duties
* Act as an ambassador of the Resort, ensuring all guests feel welcome.
* Ensure guest satisfaction at all points in the guests journey.
* Process all check‐in and check‐out.
* Process hotel charges to guests' accounts, ensuring accurate bills and secure payments.
Experience with Opera Cloud is highly regarded.
