The Role
This is a senior role responsible for driving acquisition, feasibility, development strategy and performance across the commercial division.
* Sourcing, assessing and negotiating commercial property acquisition opportunities
* Leading feasibility studies, due diligence and financial modelling
* Identifying new market opportunities, partnerships and investment avenues
* Assessing tenant demand, leasing strategy, planning considerations and commercial return
* Driving profitability, revenue growth and return on investment across commercial projects
* Coordinating with legal, finance, planning, consultants and internal construction teams
* Overseeing project performance from acquisition through development, leasing and disposal or long term hold strategy
* Building strong relationships with agents, landowners, tenants, investors and commercial partners
The Criteria
* Experience across commercial property, leasing, site acquisition, development or a related field
* Strong commercial and financial acumen, including feasibility, ROI, lease structures and development returns
* Strong Adelaide market relationships
* Confidence sourcing deals, assessing risk and negotiating with agents, owners, tenants and stakeholders
* Ability to work across acquisition, due diligence, development strategy and project performance
