**About the role**

**Your day-to-day responsibilities will include**:
- Manage lawyer diaries to ensure availability and capacity for client consultations
- Manage and maintain the consultation process including any reallocations, cancellations or reschedules
- Conduct the initial onboarding of new clients, including providing guidance on the legal services available to them and scheduling in their initial consultations
- Maintain and update client data in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and completeness of client information
- Identify new opportunities both for clients to receive additional legal services and for Lawpath through generating cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Drive consultation levels from our existing clients, through the execution of systematic check ins, providing ongoing support, guidance and assistance as needed
- Stay up-to-date on legal and industry trends to ensure that Lawpath is providing the most relevant and useful legal services to clients.
