We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our workshop team as an apprentice heavy vehicle mechanic. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is eager to learn a trade.
As an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to work with experienced mechanics, learning new skills and gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced workshop environment.
You will be responsible for helping repair and service council vehicles, trucks, and equipment, as well as assisting with workshop administration tasks such as ordering parts and updating schedules.
This role requires someone who is willing to work hard, stay focused, and commit to the study side of the apprenticeship. If you enjoy working with your hands, are a problem-solver, and are ready to take on new challenges, then this could be the perfect job for you.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
 * Class P1, P2 or C Driver's Licence
 * White Card
 * A positive attitude and strong work ethic
