Job Summary
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-level pharmacy services and driving cultural change within the healthcare system. They will lead the development and implementation of initiatives that improve medicine access, continuity of care, and health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Lead Pharmacist – Aboriginal Health to develop and implement strategies that promote culturally safe and effective pharmacy practice.
* Deliver high-level pharmacy services and lead service improvements to drive cultural change within the healthcare system.
* Develop and implement initiatives that improve medicine access, continuity of care, and health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Requirements
* Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent and AHPRA registration.
* Extensive hospital pharmacy experience with strong leadership and clinical judgement.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and cultural responsiveness skills.
* Compliance with Working With Children Check (WWCC), National Police Clearance (NPC), and subject to immunisation requirements.
