Your Role:
As an Experienced Tyre Fitter, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and helping our business grow. Your responsibilities will include:
* Selling truck, crane, and OTR vehicle tyres
* Performing tyre diagnostics, including checking condition, pressure, and tread depth
* Adjusting wheel balance, alignment, and rotation
* Inflating vehicle tyres
* Assisting customers in selecting the right products
* Preparing quotes and invoices
* Maintaining a tidy and organized work area
* Complying with all safety standards and procedures
What Were Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Previous experience with truck tyres (experience with OTR and Earthmovers is a plus)
* Certificate Two in Light and Heavy Vehicle Maintenance
* A full manual car or truck license (minimum requirement)
* Knowledge of mechanics, electrical and electronic systems, and tyre technology
* Strong manual dexterity, precision, and accuracy
* Ability to provide maintenance and technical support without supervision
* Physical stamina and strength
* Excellent time management and planning skills
* Problem-solving abilities and a client-focused mindset
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
