A Day in the Life Serve as a premium high-value Account Manager, ensuring regular one-on-one communications with a select group of customers to provide a positive experience, answer inquiries, and resolve issues. Utilise player profiling data to generate targeted, personalised promotions, manage events and hospitality, and communicate with customers. Focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, always prioritising customer needs. Represent the company and host customers at weekly & monthly events and premier sport sand racing events. Proactively manage Safer Gambling (SG) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) practices for premium customers, advocating for safer gambling across Entain, the industry, and the broader community, ensuring compliance with regulated practices. Identify potential high-value customers, ensure long-term loyalty, and consolidate play to increase share of wallet, while providing weekly progress reports and recommendations to management. Your Strengths Proven experience in account management or a similar client-facing role, preferably in the information technology and services industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Excellent problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency in using CRM software and other account management tools. A solid understanding of data analysis and reporting to drive account performance. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and manage client expectations efficiently.
