What role will you play?
You will be part of our platform team building our next-generation cloud-based contact centre solution. As a full stack engineer, you will engage in all aspects of agile development, owning design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of your team's platforms.
You will work across the full stack to build scalable omni-channel contact centre solutions that enhance user experience. Collaborating with business analysts, you will develop new features, shape solutions, and uphold high standards for code quality and design.
What skills do you need?
* Experience in developing large-scale software applications
* Proficiency in automated unit and integration testing
* Strong understanding of APIs/microservices architecture
* Ability to systematically analyze and solve problems
* Experience with Contact Centre Platforms like Twilio Flex or Amazon Connect
* Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, such as Bitbucket Pipelines
* Experience with TDD development and SRE practices
