About the role:
* Managing a portfolio of 120 - 150 properties
* Be the key contact for landlords and tenants
* Coordinate maintenance and repairs efficiently
* Conduct inspections and prepare condition reports
* Oversee leasing, including advertising and open homes
* Manage arrears and lease renewal
About you:
* Previous experience in property management or real estate
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Professional presentation and positive attitude
* Current driver's licence
* Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (Class 2 highly desirable)
* Availability for occasional Saturday work on a rotating roster
